Lake City Anglers

LCA, a 501(c)(3) organization, is based in Acworth Georgia which rests on the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Acworth is commonly known as “The Lake City” because of its proximity to Lake Allatoona and Lake Acworth. This part of Georgia was originally settled by the Cherokee Nation and eventually became the city of Andersonville. In 1843 the city was renamed Acworth by local railroad engineer Joseph L. Gregg after his hometown of Acworth, New Hampshire.

We are a tournament bass fishing club that focuses on friendship, family, and fishing first. We are a club that shares ideas in hopes to help each other grow and learn as anglers. If this sounds like a club for you, please reach out to us and we will be in touch.

We also have monthly meetings at El Taco Azteca, 2689 Summers St NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. We tend to arrive around 6:30 so we can eat before the meeting at 7:00. These meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month.
